| HAZMAT First Responder Awareness Level – Initial
This course is designed for individuals who are likely to witness or discover a hazardous substance release and who have been trained to initiate an emergency response sequence by notifying the proper authorities of the release. Topics include: hazardous substances and the associated risks; understanding the potential outcomes associated hazardous substance emergencies; the ability to recognize and to identify hazardous substances; and additional topics. Class includes hands-on training.
