| OSHA [CFR 1910.120(q)(8)] states that individuals who are trained at the various levels of HAZMAT emergency response “shall receive annual refresher training of sufficient content and duration to maintain their competencies, or demonstrate their competencies at least yearly.” Employers must keep records of the methodologies used to demonstrate competency. Resolution can provide refresher training to assist employers in maintaining the competency of employees engaged in all levels of HAZMAT emergency response (Awareness Level through Incident Commander). Class topics will include review of Operations Level training and other topics as appropriate.
Course Length: 1 day (2 Hours for Awareness Level)
